《抵抗！抵抗》是以黄显声将军为原型，讲述了1931年9月18日夜，日军突袭北大营，东北军全线撤退，将沈阳拱手让出。危急时刻，沈阳市警察局长黄显声毅然拉起抵抗大旗，保卫奉天城，尽最大力量保护官员、百姓安全转移，开了一场三天三夜的惨烈的肉搏战。最终成功突围的一段鲜为人知的故事。

1945年8月，抗日战争刚刚落下帷幕，而国民内战剑拔弩张，一触即发。蒋介石假意邀请毛泽东（王斑 饰）赴湘重庆谈判，他一面多方打听毛泽东的动向，一面又命令戴笠（孙磊岩 饰）大肆捕杀国统区的共产党人，和平的上空阴云密布。抗日战争期间牺牲的定远将军的独子赵云飞（秦俊杰 饰）来到国民党军统无线电监听科报到，之后被安排审查共党的红色宣传品。在大量审读宣传品的过程中，他渐渐为真理和中国共产党隐蔽战线同志的高尚坚毅品格所感召，内心信仰发生动摇。与此同时，国统区的乌烟瘴气、腐朽不堪以及残酷恐怖都促使赵云飞选择更为崇高的信仰。
